The install was professional, quick and thorough. The installer found some dry rot and came back and tore it out and rebuilt the wood. The windows are amazing, better than I even imagined. The reflective coating cuts the heat from the sun, the triple panes are so quiet, we could hardly hear the wind storms. And they look great. Highly recommend these windows."
